Refund Policy

You may request a refund only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong product

Conditions:

  • Raise the request within 7 days of receiving the order

  • Provide video proof of unboxing

  • The item must be unused and unopened

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after verification.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
